Brunswick Forest Fall Events

Brunswick Forest offering two special weekend events this fall. They are releasing some new homes and homesites in the Hammocks neighborhood of Shellmore. This special weekend package includes accommodations for two, three days two nights, a tour of the neighborhood, and other special events. The October event will consist of their third annual cardboard boat Regatta. The November weekend event will be the Brunswick Forest oyster roast and the release of some Cape Fear National homesites. Small Town but a lot going on...Southport, NC?

The Southport NC Area

Talk about a quiet coastal village! This quaint location is located at the mouth of the Cape Fear river, and suggled behind both Bald Head Island and Oak Island.  This area might be quiet, but don't let that fool you, it has so much to offer! Residents enjoy great beaches, fishing, boating, golfing,  shopping and to sum it up....just straight relaxing! You are just minutes away from Oak Island, or a breezy ferry ride over to the exclusive Bald Head Island. Bring your golf clubs, fishing poles, and bikes but you will not be needing a car  when you choose to visit Bald Head. Residents have so much at their fingertips in this area of North Carolina. 

Town of Southport

There are many unique conveniences in the town of Southport. Find a seat and watch the sailboats float by at one of the local resturants situated on the Intracoastal Water Way. Looking for more? Take a stroll down to the Water Park and catch a sunset while looking out at two local lighthouses, Old Baldy & Ft Caswell.  There are shops in the town area of Southport as well, with some of them hidden under a canopy of beautful Live Oak trees.  Southport also has its own hospital, Dosher Memorial. New homes in Mallory Creek Plantation going up....Where? What builders?

Mallory Creek Plantation is located off of 133 in Leland, NC.  The location is ideal as it is close to both Wilmington and area Brunswick County beaches.  Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, walking trails, and much more.  There are many different opportunities at Mallory Creek for home ownership, including resale homes, townhomes, and new home construction.  Many folks inquire about which builder group is building in Mallory Creek. In answer, there are a few, to include Stevens Fine Homes and Terry Turner Developers. Stevens Fine Homes has three neighborhoods inside of Mallory Creek, including South Brook, The Pines, and Cove Landing, with homes ranging in the 170’s.  Terry Turner Developers have a section called Tylers Cove at Marllory Creek, and offer new homes from the 140,s.
