Hey, everyone. This is Brian Schrader with the Coastline Real Estate team at Blue Coast Realty Corporation down here in the Wilmington, NC area. This quick, uh, video is on the area of Leland, NC. Where is Leland? Leland NC is located just outside of Downtown Wilmington in this area here. K? It is close. It's about thirty minutes to forty minutes to these different barrier islands down in this region. And it's also about, I would say, about forty five to fifty minutes from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Some of the key points to know about Leland is the real estate taxes there are about 0.735 per a hundred dollars. So, basically, on a $500,000 home, you would pay around $3,675 annually on your real estate taxes. Um, it's about Leland is about twelve minutes from the downtown riverfront, close to restaurants, all the historic sites. It's about forty minutes. Um, it's got a forty minute radius around it, uh, to about seven different beaches from Topsail Island all the way down to Sunset Beach in Brunswick County. Uh, there are numerous golf courses throughout Leland. Leland is very close to good medical. It's also close to the airport. It's close to the Brunswick, uh, County Riverwalk, restaurant, store shopping. It also has some great communities. Um, communities such as, uh, you know, you have Brunswick Forest.
